In 1998, Gary hired Samantha. She was commissioned to steer new home sales efforts on behalf of the Underwood Team for a local builder in Kanata. In 2000, Gary then hired Samantha as a Buyer Specialist specifically for re-sale residential homes. Over the next few years, Gary continues to grow his business and hire additional team members to oversee administration, sales and marketing efforts.

Gary and his team have consistently sold more homes than the majority of realtors in Ottawa and most of their business continues to come from their repeat customers and referrals.

Samantha Samuel

Drive, Ambition, Optimistic are just three words to describe Sam.

Her “go get them” personality helped her embark on a journey in real estate 8 years ago at the age of 23. She was one of the youngest Realtors at the time to break into the competitive field and has since won awards consistently for 100% Club as well as being recognized at her 5 year milestone for outstanding achievement. Samantha also has 2 years experience prior to her real estate career selling new homes in a senior’s community in Kanata as well as managing the onsite retirement home helping people overcome the stress and hardship of letting go of the traditional detached family home and assisting seniors in envisioning all of the new and exciting benefits of entering the next stage of life.
