No Hassle Listing Agreement

We are so confident that you will be ecstatic with our service that when you list your property with The Underwood Team you will not be committed to us for three months or even three weeks! Each and every listing agreement we offer allows in writing for a no hassle cancellation.

If your plans change or we do not meet your expectations, simply let us know. We ask for an opportunity to discuss and seek a mutually agreeable remedy. Should you still wish to cancel after discussion, we will only require partial reimbursement towards our costs calculated as 0.25% (1⁄4 of 1%) of the list price and we will walk away.

Upon signing you will be immediately released from any further obligation to us other than for those clients already introduced to your property during the term of the listing. We also ask for up to two weeks to wrap up any pending leads but you will have no obligation to sell if your plans have changed.
