Honest, Effective and Optimistic are just three words to describe Sam.

Her “go get them” personality helped her embark on a journey in real estate 15 years ago at the age of 23. She was one of the youngest Realtors at the time to break into the competitive field and has since won awards consistently for 100% Club as well as being recognized at her 5 & 10 year milestone for outstanding achievement. Samantha also has 2 years experience prior to her real estate career selling new homes in a senior’s community in Kanata as well as managing the onsite retirement home helping people overcome the stress and hardship of letting go of the traditional detached family home and assisting seniors in envisioning all of the new and exciting benefits of entering the next stage of life.

Her empathic and friendly nature truly allows Sam to fully understand her client’s reasons for either buying or selling which allows for a complete stress free working dynamic.

Samantha is also known among her past clients and colleagues as having great core values, high integrity and a real pleasure to work with. She works hard to understand their client’s needs and wants in the purchase of their new home and guides the buyers through the home buying process step by step as well as sellers throughout the entire listing and closing process.

Backed by over 40 years combined experience in real estate and over 350 million dollars sold and more than 1000 happy families moved, Samantha and her husband Gary provide honesty and integrity with proven results.
